We plan your entire pop up store sales project from start to end:
The sales and design concept, which comprises of information about duration and timing, target customer group, budget requirements, product details, shop design requirements (house style) etc. of the pop up store project, is used as input by AAA Merch to plan and execute your pop up store project in every detail.
AAA Merch will use your sales and design concept as input for finding the best store location. Furthermore, AAA Merch will obtain quotes from their external partners (shopfitters, ICT, payment provider) which is input for the AAA Merch pop up store solution proposal.
The pop up store solution proposal gives you a detailed overview of how AAA Merch will service you with your pop store project. Included in the proposal is a fee quote and planning calendar. When the proposal is agreed and signed AAA Merch starts the execution phase.
After signing the proposal AAA Merch further details the planning calendar and makes all necessary arrangements (rent location, rent equipment, planning of shopfitter, ordering of materials, obtaining all permits, planning sales and security staff etc.). Also planning arrangements are made with you on timing of the delivery of the merchandise, quantities etc.
At the “Go Live” phase AAA Merch makes sure that everything runs smoothly. We take care of managing the sales staff, inventory management, cash management, managing security and support staff and transparent sales and cash reporting throughout the agreed duration of the pop up store.
After closing the pop up store, AAA Merch takes an inventory of the remaining merchandise and arranges for return shipment. Further we manage the cleaning and dismantlement of the shop (furniture, decoration etc.) and issue the final sales and cash report including the transfer of the sales proceeds to your bank account.
